Basil Queen is a concept project. With the rise in popularity of contemporary casual restaurants, I set out to design a modern, trendy and instagram worthy restaurant with a distinct brand identity. With so many Thai restaurants, my goal was to create a unique brand identity that would stand out.
I thought the combination of a crown and basil leaf was a clever take on the logo design. Paired with a cheeky advertisement, I wanted this to appeal to a younger modern audience that enjoy a casual dining out experience. Thai food is one of my favourite cuisines and this is definitely somewhere that my friends and I would enjoy a meal.
